Borland Delphi Components

At this site, you will always find the latest versions of my custom components for Borland Delphi. Currently there is only one component, but more will be available soon. Trial versions will be available for each product and registration entitles you bugfixes and enhancements for a period of one year. You may also report bugs you discover yourself for assessment. Prices are on a per component basis and details are available in the readme.txt of the Trial Version.

Trial Version 1.1 download [Delphi 5 Only]

The trial version will only work while the Delphi 5 IDE is running. Otherwise it is fully functional. This restriction is removed in the registered version. This product is shareware. The Full Registered source should compile under Delphi 3 and 4 also.

Three components, TEmailLabel, TWeblabel and THyperlink that make web integration easy in all your apps. The pack contains the following components ...

 TEmailLabel   

TEmailLabel Component for Delphi derived from TLabel. Overrides Create to
assign initial property values. OnClick procedure passes the command to
the Windows shell. The shell will start the default mail program and
create a new mail message addressed to the address in the EmailLabel's Caption.

 TWebLabel   

TWebLabel Component for Delphi derived from TLabel. Overrides Create to
assign initial property values. OnClick procedure passes the command to
the Windows shell. With a valid URL, the shell will start the default
web browser and pass the URL to it.

 THyperlink

THyperlink Component for Delphi derived from TLabel. Overrides Create to
assign initial property values. OnClick procedure passes the command to
the Windows shell. With a valid file, the shell will start the associated
application and pass the file to it.

 

   I am always looking for ways to improve this component. Registered users may submit bug reports or suggestions for
  improvement to [email protected]. Please provide sample source for bug reports. I cannot support modified versions of the
  component so always recreate the bug on the distributed version before reporting it. Only registered users are allowed
  modify the source. No user is entitled to distribute modified versions without express written permission from the
  author.
